We have received reports from some users of early batches of the Ultimate Legend Controller (shipped before October 2025) occasionally experiencing joystick drift. As soon as this issue was identified, we collected feedback and testing data from all sources and forwarded them to the ZD Product Quality Team for a detailed investigation and quality improvement process.
Affected Batches
- Controllers shipped before October 2025 (a small portion may experience joystick drift)
- Controllers produced after this date are not affected and already include factory improvements

How to Request Stabilizing Pads
- If you purchased your controller from the ZD Gaming official website, GadgetHyper, or the Official Amazon store, please contact us directly info@zd-gaming.com for assistance.
- If you purchased from a non-official distributor, please contact your seller first. If they are unable to assist, we can still provide the joystick pads — you’ll only need to cover the shipping cost.
